Her depth is in Northern Colorado’s land, acreage, and rural luxury market — the well-and-septic diligence, water-rights realities, and wildfire and insurance exposure that separate a good estate offer from a bad one. She has been an active real estate investor since 1992, which means she reads a transaction from the principal’s side of the table as well as the agent’s.
Before real estate she spent 23 years as an ESL teacher, and she donates 10% of every commission to people in need — a line she keeps quiet about. After Hurricane Helene, she drove a trailer of food and supplies to families in the Southeast personally. No platform, no publicity, just gratitude in motion.

Christine leads pricing strategy, seller positioning, listing narrative, media direction, and high-stakes negotiation — with specialized depth in Northern Colorado's land, acreage, and rural luxury market. An active real estate investor since 1992, she brings more than three decades of personal market experience to her work, alongside Big Thompson River residency and direct knowledge of the properties most agents only represent from a distance.
Kendra Bajcar
Kendra leads transaction strategy, contract discipline, presentation coordination, buyer-behavior insight, and the detailed follow-through that protects the deal from preparation through closing. An investor in her own right, she understands the transaction from the principal's side as well as the agent's — protecting the details that matter: timelines, terms, inspection exposure, appraisal risk, showing feedback, and seller confidence.
